  • 2 heads cauliflower

  • 10 chicken wings
  • Ketchup
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • ½ cup Asian Fish sauce
  • ½ cup raw cane sugar
  • 1½ tablespoons Sambal sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • Oils mixture (1 tablespoon cannabis oil + 3 tablespoons extra-virgin coconut oil)
  • Toasted peanuts and garlic
  • 4 tablespoons cilantro

First of all, you need to thoroughly grind the sugar. In a medium-sized bowl, mix rice vinegar, fish sauce, sugar, lime juice, 3 tablespoons of ketchup, and Sambal sauce. Set the bowl aside for a few minutes to let all ingredients mix well.

Sift together cornstarch and garlic powder. Wash the wings and let them dry. Coat the meat with the powdery mixture.
