It is a well-known fact that all cannabis consumers adore pot weed edibles, and a brownie is one of their favorite treats. So if you are a brownie lover and like to cook, we have a great recipe for you. Now you do not have to order this extra-delicious dainty online or go to a head shop to buy it. You will be amazed at how easy it is to cook these pot brownies by yourself!
½ cup cocoa
¼ cup THC-infused butter
¼ cup salt-free butter
¼ cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
2 eggs (indoor temperature)
1 teaspoon vanilla or 1 oz. fine alcohol (liqueur or scotch would be preferable)

First of all, you need to preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Then, simmer the unsalted butter, the THC-infused butter, and cocoa in the saucepan and stir until the mixture gets smooth. Do not let the substance boil. Afterwards, remove it from the heat and cool it for a few minutes. Pour this mixture into a large bowl and add eggs one by one using a whisk. Now, you can stir in vanilla or any fine alcohol you have chosen.
Take another bowl for preparing the dough. Combine sugar, flour, salt, and nuts and add the substance to the cocoa-butter mixture you have already made. Stir with a wooden spoon until the substances are just barely combined. Then, grease an 8-x-8-inch square pan and pour the substance into it. Put the pan in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Do not overbake. When the brownie is ready, allow it to cool. Consider the strength of the THC-infused butter before cutting the brownie into pieces.

There are two things you should know before starting to cook with THC-infused oils. The first one is that THC cannot disperse in water, only in oils. The second thing is that THC disappears at the temperature over 325 degrees. So, deep-frying would be a wrong way to go.
Here are two methods of preparing THC-infused oils: the slow cooker and the double-boiler methods.
For every ½ cup of oil, you will need 5 grams of vaped marijuana or 2.5 grams of fresh marijuana. Place marijuana in the slow cooker. In case you prefer to use butter, add 2 tbsps of water. Then turn on the slow cooker at low setting and let it sit for 24 hours. It is preferable to stir it occasionally. Use a cheesecloth for transferring the substance into a mason jar. Put the jar in the fridge. If you used butter, let the substance sit in the fridge for an hour and then take it out.
This method is practically the same, but you need to use a double-boiler set to low. It is very important to check the water levels regularly, so you should not leave the house while the burner is working.
