Cannabis-infused mayonnaise:

1 egg

1.5-2 grams cannabis concentrate (decarboxylated)

½ teaspoon mustard powder

½ teaspoon salt

¼ cup olive oil

½-1 lemon

Bacon deviled eggs:

1 tablespoon olive oil

8 pieces bacon

12–14 large eggs

Ice cubes

5 tablespoons cannabis-infused mayonnaise

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

½ teaspoon white truffle oil

2 tablespoons chives (finely chopped)

Salt (to taste)

Pinch of cayenne pepper

Chives (for garnish)


  1. Let all the ingredients for the cannabis-infused mayonnaise and all eggs sit at room temperature for 30 to 45 minutes.
  2. Put an egg into a bowl of your food processor.
  3. Add cannabis concentrate, mustard powder, and salt.
  4. Pulse the food processor for about 2 minutes to completely combine all the ingredients.
  5. Then, slowly, drop by drop, add olive oil.
  6. Squeeze juice out of a lemon and add it to the mixture.
  7. Mix all the ingredients until they are thoroughly combined.
  8. Put your cannabis mayonnaise aside for a while.
  9. Place a small saucepan on the stove.
  10. Turn on high heat.
  11. Pour some regular oil into the preheated saucepan.
  12. Cook bacon until it is crisp and crumbled.
  13. Remove the saucepan with bacon from the stove. Put it aside for a while.
  14. Put eggs in a pot.
  15. Cover the eggs with cold water so that it is about 1 inch over the eggs.
  16. Place the pot with eggs on the stove and turn on high heat.
  17. Bring the eggs to a boil.
  18. Then, cover the pot with a lid.
  19. Remove the pot from the stove and let the eggs sit covered for 13 minutes.
  20. Put ice cubes into a large bowl.
  21. Pour some cold water into the bowl.
  22. Put eggs into the bowl with ice and let them sit there for about 10 minutes.
  23. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  24. Put egg white halves on a tray.
  25. Place egg yolks in a medium mixing bowl and mash them.
  26. Add bacon, cannabis-infused mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white truffle oil, chopped chives, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  27. Mix all the ingredients and put the mixture in a large baggie.
  28. Snip a hole in the bottom corner of the baggie.
  29. Pipe the mixture into the egg whites.
  30. Cut chives into ½-inch pieces and use them as garnish.
  31. Sprinkle with some more cayenne pepper if you wish.
  32. Serve.
