Tips Before You Start

The homemade baked marijuana-infused fruit dessert we are going to make today is a 4-servings dish. Each serving contains two fruit halves. This dainty is absolutely impossible to resist and very easy to cook.

You can use any kind of fruit you want. We consider pears, apricots, and peaches to be the best options for this recipe; however, it is your call. Do not be afraid to experiment!

We will use some cannabis-infused coconut oil to make this fruit dessert potent. You can easily find it in any nearby dispensary.

Equipment Needed

Oven

Small saucepan

Baking sheet

Ingredients

4 pears/peaches/apricots

Lemon juice

2 tablespoons cannabis-infused coconut oil

⅔ cup granola

¼ cup shredded coconut

2 tablespoons dried cranberries

8 teaspoons jam (any kind)/orange marmalade

Maple syrup

Cardamom/vanilla ice cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Put the chosen fruit on the work surface and cut in half.
  3. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds or remove the pits.
  4. Sprinkle the halves with lemon juice to protect them from browning.
  5. Place a small saucepan on the stove.
  6. Turn on medium heat.
  7. Pour cannabis-infused coconut oil into the preheated saucepan.
  8. Add granola and shredded coconut.
  9. Sauté the mixture for 3 to 4 minutes. A tip here: Do not forget to stir so that cannabis oil is distributed throughout the filling.
  10. Fill the cavities in the fruit halves with the granola and coconut mixture.
  11. Then, top each half with dried cranberries.
  12. Cover the cranberry topping with a teaspoon of jam or orange marmalade. Do the same with the 7 remaining halves.
  13. Put each fruit half on a baking sheet.
  14. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
  15. Bake for about 20 minutes until the fruit halves are tender.
  16. Remove from the oven.
  17. Drizzle with maple syrup.
  18. Top the fruits with vanilla or cardamom ice cream if you want.
  19. Serve.

Voila! Now your sophisticated dessert is ready.
