Recipe: Homemade Cannabis Cupcakes

The homemade cannabis-infused cupcakes we are going to make today is a 12-servings dessert that is absolutely impossible to resist. Do you want to enjoy the sweetest experience ever? 1 gram high-quality marijuana

12 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 and ⅓ cup all-purpose flour

1 and ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons organic cane sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon kosher salt

½ cup sour cream

⅓ cup canola oil

1 teaspoon Madagascar vanilla paste

4 egg whites

½ cup warm water


4 ounces 70% chocolate bars

2 and ¼ cup confectioners’ sugar

11 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)

Pinch of kosher salt

3 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon Madagascar vanilla paste

Rainbow sprinkles


  1. Preheat the oven to 290 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Evenly spread marijuana on a baking sheet.
  3. Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven.
  4. Bake for 60 minutes.
  5. When the marijuana is decarboxylated, remove the baking sheet from the oven and increase the temperature to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  6. Put 8 tablespoons of unsalted butter into a small saucepan.
  7. Place the saucepan on the stove and turn on low heat.
  8. Add the decarboxylated marijuana to the butter and simmer for 30 minutes.
  9. Once the marijuana-infused butter is ready, strain it through a sieve over a large bowl.
  10. Put all-purpose flour into a separate large mixing bowl.
  11. Add sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  12. Combine the ingredients and add the mixture to the cannabis butter.
  13. Put egg whites into another large bowl.
  14. Add sour cream, canola oil, vanilla paste, and warm water.
  15. Use a hand mixer to combine this mixture with the marijuana and flour mixture.
  16. Blend until the mixture is smooth and batter-like.
  17. Place 12 cupcake wrappers into a cupcake tray.
  18. Divide the batter amongst them.
  19. Place the cupcake tray into the preheated oven.
  20. Bake for about 30 minutes.
  21. Let the cupcakes cool down completely.
  22. Meanwhile, place a heat-proof bowl over a small saucepan with simmering water.
  23. Break chocolate bars into pieces and put them into the bowl.
  24. Let the chocolate melt.
  25. Allow the melted chocolate to cool down completely.
  26. Put confectioners’ sugar into a medium mixing bowl.
  27. Add butter and salt.
  28. Use a hand mixer to combine the ingredients.
  29. Add milk, vanilla, and the cooled chocolate.
  30. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  31. Use a spatula to grab a dollop of frosting and pat it on the center of the cupcake.
  32. Using the tip of the spatula, create a small swirl in the frosting.
  33. Sprinkle the cupcakes with rainbow sprinkles and serve.
