225 grams chocolate (dark)

225 grams cannabis-infused butter

345 grams caster sugar (with an extra pinch)

6 eggs

145 grams white breadcrumbs (soft)

30 grams flour (plain)

4 teaspoons vanilla essence

120 grams almonds


85 grams cocoa powder

225 grams icing sugar

130 grams cannabis-infused butter

6 tablespoons water

170 grams caster sugar


  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
  2. Take a round cake tin and spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Cut a piece of parchment paper to the size of the tin's bottom.
  4. Place it inside of the greased tin. Put the tin aside for a while.
  5. Separate eggs into yolks and whites.
  6. Use a coffee grinder to grind almonds.
  7. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler.
  8. Then, melt cannabis butter in a double boiler.
  9. Use a whisker to mix the melted cannabis butter and caster sugar. A tip here: The mixture should be pale and softened.
  10. Put the egg whites into a small mixing bowl.
  11. Add a pinch of caster sugar.
  12. Use a whisker to beat the mixture. A tip here: The mixture should be stiff but not dry.
  13. Then, mix the ground almonds, melted dark chocolate, melted cannabutter with sugar and egg whites.
  14. Gradually, stir in flour, breadcrumbs, and vanilla essence.
  15. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tin.
  16. Place the tin into the preheated oven.
  17. Bake the cake for 60 minutes. A tip here: Once the cake is firm, you can turn off the heat.
  18. While the cake is baking, prepare the icing.
  19. Sieve cocoa powder and icing sugar into a medium mixing bowl.
  20. Then, warm cannabis butter, sugar, and water in a microwave or a double boiler. A tip here: Make sure the sugar is dissolved.
  21. Pour this mixture into the mixing bowl with cocoa and icing.
  22. Combine all the ingredients.
  23. Once the cake is ready, let it cool down for 30-60 minutes.
  24. Then, put it into the refrigerator.
  25. Once the hash cake gets cool, cover it with cocoa icing.
