Recipe: Homemade Marijuana Banana Bread Smoothie

Ingredients

3 bananas

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (plain)

⅓ cup almond milk

1 heaping tablespoon cannabis-infused coconut oil

⅓ cup walnuts

1 teaspoon pure organic vanilla extract

1 tablespoon organic clover honey

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon organic cocoa nibs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Take 2 bananas and wrap them in aluminum foil.
  2. Put the wrapped bananas in the freezer for several hours until they are solid. A tip here: You need frozen bananas so that you do not have to use ice.
  3. Once the bananas are ready, remove them from the freezer and hold each of them under warm tap water for approximately 15 minutes. A tip here: The warm water will let you scrape off the peel easier.
  4. Now you need to peel the bananas. Scrape off as much peel as you can with your hands. Then, use a vegetable peeler or a knife to remove the remaining peel.
  5. Take two peeled frozen bananas and one fresh one. Cut them into small pieces and put them into a blender.
  6. Put yogurt, almond milk, cannabis-infused coconut oil, walnuts, vanilla extract, honey, and cinnamon into the blender.
  7. Cover the blender and start mixing.
  8. Make sure all ingredients are completely combined, and the mixture is smooth.
  9. Once the smoothie is ready, pour it into glasses.
  10. Garnish each serving with half of a tablespoon of cocoa nibs.
