Recipe: Homemade Marijuana Chocolate Pudding

4 pudding bowls

Ingredients

4 teaspoons cannabis-infused butter

12 ounces dark chocolate chips

4 eggs (room temperature)

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon almond extract (optional)

Pinch salt

1 cup coffee (very hot)

2 ounces chopped dark chocolate (optional)

Instructions

  1. Use a double boiler to melt cannabis-infused butter.
  2. Put the melted cannabis-infused butter into a blender.
  3. Add chocolate chips, eggs, vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt.
  4. Blend the mixture for a few seconds until the chocolate chips are broken into pieces.
  5. Then, remove the lid of the blender and pour hot coffee into the blender mixing the ingredients at low speed.
  6. Cover the blender with a lid and blend the mixture for about 2 minutes until it is silky smooth.
  7. Pour the mixture into 4 individual pudding bowls.
  8. Place the bowls in the refrigerator and let the pudding sit there for at least 3 hours.
  9. Top each serving with some chopped dark chocolate and serve.

You can enjoy the rich taste of your dessert anytime you want. Cover it with plastic wrap, and you will be able to store it in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
