Equipment Needed

Small pan

Large mixing bowl

2 tablespoons cannabis-infused oil or butter

½ sweet bell pepper

4-6 shrimp (raw)

4 tablespoons scallions (chopped)

1 teaspoon canola oil (optional)

4 six-inch flour tortillas

1 cup mozzarella (shredded)

Salt (to taste)

Pepper (to taste)

Oregano (to taste)

  1. Chop sweet bell pepper and shrimp.
  2. Take a small pan and fill it with cannabis-infused oil or butter.
  3. Place the pan on the stove and turn on the lowest possible heat.
  4. Once the butter or oil is hot enough, add chopped peppers.
  5. Saute peppers until they are soft. A tip here: It usually takes approximately 5 minutes.
  6. Then, add shrimp and cook the mixture for 2 minutes. A tip here: Do not forget to stir.
  7. Add scallions to the pepper and shrimp mixture and cook for 3 more minutes.
  8. Season the mixture with some salt, pepper, and oregano.
  9. Then, remove the pan from heat and put all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl. A tip here: Do not put the pan into the kitchen sink or dishwasher.
  10. Make sure the mixing bowl with cannabis-infused filling and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella are at hand.
  11. Put the pan on the stove and turn on medium heat. A tip here: In case you consider the pan to be too dry, use some canola oil to grease it.
  12. Place a tortilla on the pan.
  13. Scoop half of the cannabis-infused filling on the top.
  14. Sprinkle it with ½ cup of mozzarella cheese.
  15. Cover the top with another tortilla.
  16. Press the tortilla gently to make sure the tortilla and filling stick together.
  17. Cook it for several minutes, then flip it over.
  18. Fry the tortillas on the other side for a few more minutes.
  19. Do the same with the remaining ingredients.
  20. Then, cut each quesadilla into 4 slices.
