1 and ½ tablespoons granulated sugar

½ cup water

8 tablespoons unsalted butter

¾ cup whole milk

¾ cup granulated sugar

1 egg

4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

Cinnamon filling:

8 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 gram premium dewaxed cannabis-infused oil

½ cup granulated sugar

¼ cup brown sugar

3 tablespoons cinnamon

Vanilla glaze:

½ cup powdered sugar

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

2-3 teaspoons milk


  1. Put yeast and granulated sugar into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Warm up water to 115 degrees Fahrenheit and add to the yeast and sugar mixture.
  3. Gently stir the mixture and let it sit for about 20 to 30 minutes until the yeast doubles in size.
  4. Use a double boiler to melt butter.
  5. Pour the melted butter into a large mixing bowl.
  6. Warm up whole milk to 115 degrees Fahrenheit and add it to the melted butter.
  7. Mix the ingredients and add them to the yeast.
  8. Then, mix in additional sugar and egg.
  9. Put flour and salt into a separate large mixing bowl.
  10. Use an electric mixer to slowly add the flour and salt mixture to the dough. A tip here: Use a low-speed mode.
  11. Using dough hooks, knead dough on low speed for about 7 minutes.
  12. Flour a cutting board.
  13. Place the dough on the board and cover it with a damp cloth.
  14. Let the dough sit for about 45-60 minutes until it doubles in size. A tip here: It may happen that your dough does not rise. Do not worry and wait longer or proceed.
  15. Flour a rolling pin.
  16. Use the floured rolling pin to roll dough into a rectangle until it is about ¼-inch thick.
  17. Set up a double boiler.
  18. Put butter into the top pan and turn on medium heat.
  19. Stir in cannabis oil and let it completely dissolve.
  20. Brush the butter and oil mixture onto the dough.
  21. Put granulated sugar into a separate medium mixing bowl.
  22. Add brown sugar and cinnamon.
  23. Sprinkle the greased dough with the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  24. Roll the dough into a cylinder shape.
  25. Then, cut the cylinder into 1 and ½-inch pieces.
  26. Use some butter to grease a baking pan.
  27. Place the rolls onto the greased pan.
  28. Put the pan into the warm oven for 45 to 60 minutes and let the rolls double in size.
  29. Then, remove the rolls from the oven. A tip here: In case you want to refrigerate some rolls for future usage, you can do it right now.
  30. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  31. Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake the rolls for 15 to 18 minutes until they are golden-brown on top.
  32. Once the rolls are ready, remove the pan from the oven.
  33. Cool the rolls on a rack.
  34. Put powdered sugar in a small mixing bowl.
  35. Add vanilla extract and milk.
  36. Mix the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and thin.
  37. Drizzle the rolls with the mixture and serve.
