Recipe: Homemade Marijuana-Infused Tiramisu

The recipe for this dessert is very easy and does not require special equipment or ingredients. All you need is to buy 2 grams of decarboxylated kief or hash.

To make this recipe easier for you to follow, we have divided it into three parts (heavy whipped cream, tiramisu, and fruit sauce). Each of them has its own list of ingredients, so be attentive before making up a shopping list.

Heavy whipped cream:

2 grams decarboxylated kief or hash

1 saucepan heavy cream


6 egg yolks

1 cup sugar

1 and ¼ cups mascarpone cheese (room temperature)

1 and ¾ cups cannabis-infused heavy whipped cream

1 cup cold espresso (of your favorite kind)

½ cup coffee-flavored liqueur

14-ounce package Italian ladyfingers

1 tablespoon cocoa

Fruit sauce:

¼ cup water

½ cup sugar

1 cup fresh berries (any kind you like)

1 lemon

1-2 shots Grand Marnier


  1. Place a saucepan with heavy cream on the stove.
  2. Turn on medium heat and add decarboxylated kief or hash to the cream.
  3. Constantly stir the mixture until kief or hash is completely dissolved in the heavy cream. A tip here: If this process takes too much time, you can use the back of a spoon to speed it up.
  4. Remove the infused cream from the stove and place in the refrigerator to let the cream chill.
  5. Set up a double boiler.
  6. Bring the water in the bottom pan to a boil.
  7. Then, put egg yolks in the top pan.
  8. Add sugar and combine the ingredients with the help of a spatula.
  9. Reduce heat to low and cook for about 10 minutes. A small tip here: Do not forget to constantly stir the mixture.
  10. Now your sabayon is ready. Remove it from heat and whisk until the mixture is lemon-colored and thick.
  11. Then, add mascarpone cheese and beat the mixture with an electric mixer.
  12. Once the mixture is smooth, put it aside.
  13. Remove the infused cream from the refrigerator and beat it with an electric mixer to stiff peaks.
  14. Carefully combine the mascarpone cheese mixture with the heavy cannabis whipped cream. Put the mixture aside for a while.
  15. Pour cold espresso into a medium mixing bowl.
  16. Add coffee-flavored liqueur.
  17. Dip each ladyfinger into this coffee mixture to make it wet. A tip here: Do not soak ladyfingers—you will make them crumble.
  18. Put the wet ladyfingers into a baking dish or a container so that they cover its bottom.
  19. Cover the layer of ladyfingers with half of the mascarpone cream filling.
  20. Then, dip the remaining ladyfingers in the coffee mixture and form the second layer.
  21. Cover the second layer of ladyfingers with the remaining mascarpone cream filling.
  22. Place the baking dish or container with ladyfingers in the refrigerator for 4 hours or even overnight.
  23. Meanwhile, let us prepare the fruit sauce.
  24. Pour water into a pan.
  25. Place the pan on the stove.
  26. Add sugar and turn on high heat.
  27. Add berries and continuously stir.
  28. Once the mixture starts to boil, reduce the heat.
  29. Squeeze juice from a lemon into the mix.
  30. Add Grand Marnier.
  31. Reduce sauce until it coats a metal spoon.
  32. Then, strain the sauce and pour it into a squeeze bottle.
  33. Put the squeeze bottle in the refrigerator to let the sauce cool down completely.
  34. Remove the container from the refrigerator.
  35. Dust the top of the tiramisu with cocoa.
  36. Remove the fruit sauce from the refrigerator.
  37. Squeeze some fruit sauce on dessert plates.
  38. Cut tiramisu into 9 pieces.
  39. Place each piece of tiramisu on the decorated plate. A tip here: You can also use some fresh berries to garnish each piece of tiramisu.
  40. Serve.
