Recipe: Homemade Marijuana Lasagna

It is hard to find a person who does not like lasagna. This dish is a real find for those of us who value Italian traditions. Today, we are going to show you how to turn this incredible pasta-like dainty into high-potency marijuana edible. Ingredients

1 ounce marijuana (high-quality)

½ cup onion (minced)

¾ pound lean beef (ground)

1 pound sweet Italian sausage

2 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon fennel seeds

2 tablespoons sugar (white)

¼ teaspoon black pepper (ground)

4 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

1 and ½ teaspoons basil leaves (dried)

½ cup water

¾ pound mozzarella cheese (sliced)

¾ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

12 lasagna noodles

16 ounces ricotta cheese

6 ounce tomato paste

28 ounce tomatoes (crushed)

1 egg

Instructions

  1. Ground the marijuana into powder. Put it aside for a while.
  2. Chop the garlic and put it into the frying pan.
  3. Then, add ground beef, tomatoes, minced onion, and sausage.
  4. Put the pan on the stove and turn on medium heat.
  5. Stir the mixture.
  6. In the process of stirring add the Italian seasoning, fennel seeds, sugar, pepper, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley, basil, marijuana powder, 1 tablespoon salt.
  7. Cook the ingredients until they are slightly browned.
  8. Then, cover the pan with a lid and let the mixture simmer for approximately 90 minutes. A tip here: Check the mixture occasionally and do not forget to stir.
  9. Pour the water into the pot.
  10. Place the pot on the stove and bring the water to a boil.
  11. Then, add a pinch of salt and lasagna noodles.
  12. Cook the noodles for approximately 10 minutes.
  13. Once they are ready, drain them and rinse with cold water.
  14. Take the bowl and mix 1 egg, ricotta cheese, remaining parsley and ½ teaspoon of salt.
  15. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  16. Take the baking dish and spread 1 and ½ cups of the meat and marijuana sauce over its bottom.
  17. Then, cover the sauce with 6 noodles and spread ½ of all ricotta and egg mixture over them.
  18. Put slices of mozzarella cheese on the top.
  19. Grease the slices with tomato paste.
  20. Cover everything with 1 and ½ cups of the meat and marijuana sauce.
  21. Sprinkle it with some grated Parmesan cheese.
  22. Then, repeat everything once again until you are out of meat and marijuana sauce. Spread 1 and ½ cups of the meat and marijuana sauce over the first layer.
  23. Place the remaining 6 noodles over the top and spread the remaining ½ of ricotta and egg mixture over them.
  24. Put the slices of mozzarella cheese on the top, grease them with tomato paste and cover everything with 1 and ½ cups of the meat and marijuana sauce.
  25. Sprinkle it with some grated Parmesan cheese.
  26. Now you have a two-layer lasagna.
  27. Take the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and sprinkle the top of lasagna.
  28. Use a tinfoil to cover the baking dish. A tip here: Do not touch the top of the lasagna, because the cheese will stick to tinfoil.
  29. Put the baking dish into the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  30. Then, remove the tinfoil and bake for 30 minutes more.
  31. Once it is ready, let lasagna cool down a little bit.
