Homemade Marijuana Tincture

Tips Before You Start

To make this incredible marijuana tincture, you need to have some weed. If you do not have it, you can visit any nearby dispensary and consider buying some of the many strains of marijuana available. It is up to you to decide which one to choose. You can pick Face Off OG, for example. Such indica OG strains are a perfect choice for those, who want to get rid of pain, stress and depression. However, our marijuana tincture can be made with any indica, sativa or hybrid strain you choose. Let us see what we need.

Equipment Needed

Canning jar

Mesh strainer / Cheesecloth

Small tincture bottles with stoppers

Coffee grinder

Marijuana flowers or leaves

Clear grain alcohol

  1. Take a coffee grinder and grind marijuana flowers or leaves. A tip here: Grind until they have the consistency of powder.
  2. Put the ground weed into the canning jar.
  3. Take clear grain alcohol and add it to the canning jar. A tip here: Use enough alcohol to cover the ground weed. Do not use any flavored alcohol so as to spoil the taste of marijuana.
  4. Then, close the canning jar tightly with a lid.
  5. Take a timer and set it to 3 minutes. Shake the canning jar energetically for three minutes. A tip here: It is very important to follow this step precisely, because the shaking process makes marijuana infused with alcohol, which is a solvent and dehydrating substance.
  6. Now, you need to get rid of the weed sediment. You can use the mesh strainer or cheese cloth for this purpose.
  7. Once your tincture is pure, it is ready to use.
  8. Take the funnel and pour the tincture into several small tincture bottles. Make sure the bottles have stoppers. Dropper bottles would be great for storing and using your homemade marijuana tincture.

Now your homemade weed tincture is ready and you can use it whenever you want. Do not forget to shake the bottle with tincture before using it.

As you can see, the recipe is very simple and needs no special equipment or ingredients. Now you can add your homemade marijuana tincture to any food or drink you like. Moreover, you can use this tincture directly by dropping it under the tongue. Do not forget that this marijuana tincture is a medicine and you should use it responsibly. Keep it away from children and pets. We hope you liked our recipe. Stay healthy and high!
