Recipe: Homemade Pot Fruit Rollups

This time, we are going to teach you how to make incredibly potent fruit rollups that will become your favorite marijuana medication. Tips Before You Start

The pot fruit rollups we are going to cook today do not require any sativa, hybrid, or pure indica strains. This time, you will need to visit one of the nearest dispensaries and buy approximately 2.5 grams of decarboxylated kief. It will make your pot rollups even more potent than if made with any indica strain. So, you can keep aside your favorite Purple Monkey Balls strain for a while.

Strawberry Rhubarb and Red Pear fruit leather is a great medication for those patients who like potent and healthy edibles. Moreover, if the indicated sweeteners do not fit your preferences, you can easily substitute them with other ones. Once you get all the necessary ingredients, you will understand that the recipe itself is very easy. So, let us see what we need.

Equipment Needed

Large frying pan

Oven

2 cookie sheets (with sides)

Wooden spoon

Stick type or counter-top blender

Kitchen shears

Zip-lock bags or any airtight container

Parchment paper

Ingredients

2 cups Rhubarb (coarsely chopped)

Oil

2 cups Red D’anjou Pear with the peel on (coarsely chopped)

2.5 grams decarboxylated kief

Sugar

1 package strawberry Kool-Aid (unsweetened)

1 and ⅓ cups water

Instructions

  1. Take a large frying pan and put the rhubarb, pears, some sugar, and water in it.
  2. Put the pan on the stove and simmer. Do not forget to stir the mixture occassionaly.
  3. Simmer it for about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Once the rhubarb gets soft, remove the pan from the stove.
  5. Use your blender to turn this mixture into a puree.
  6. Once the mixture reaches the puree consistency, turn the blender off for a while.
  7. Add unsweetened strawberry Kool-Aid and decarboxylated kief.
  8. Proceed with blending until all the ingredients are well mixed.
  9. Now, divide the mixture into two even parts.
  10. Take the cookie sheets and grease them with oil.
  11. Spread each part of the mixture on its cookie sheet. A tip here: Try to distribute the mixture evenly.
  12. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. A tip here: If you can set your oven to a lower temperature, do it.
  13. Take the cookie sheets and put them into the oven. You can use a wooden spoon to keep the oven door slightly open. A tip here: The little gap will help get rid of the extra moisture that will appear when the mixture starts to dehydrate.
  14. Bake the mixture for 6-12 minutes. You can use a fork to peel up a corner to check if it is ready. When the mixture is done, the leather will peel up with almost no effort.
  15. Once the fruit mixture is ready, take the cookie sheets out of the oven.
  16. Let them cool down completely.
  17. Use a sharp knife to pry up all the corners.
  18. Cut off two pieces of parchment paper. A tip here: They should be approximately of the same size as your cookie sheets.
  19. Cover the tops of your fruit plates and rub out all the air bubbles in the paper with your hands.
  20. Now, you need to peel up the paper and fruit leather. If you did everything right before, you should be able to pull the sheet in one swift motion.
  21. Then, put your edible on a clean work counter with the parchment side down.
  22. Take sharp kitchen shears. A tip here: You can grease them with oil for easier cutting.
  23. Cut the leather together with the parchment paper into 18 even pieces. A tip here: You can also experiment and cut it the way you want.
  24. Take Zip-lock bags.
  25. Put each piece in a separate bag.
  26. If you see that the pieces of your fruit leather still contain some moisture, it is better to store them in the refrigerator. If not, you can just keep them in a cool, dry place of your choosing.
