Recipe: Homemade Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownies With Cannabis

Brownie batter:

10 tablespoons cannabis-infused butter

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 and ¼ cups granulated sugar

¾ cup and 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

¼ rounded teaspoon Kosher salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 large eggs (cold)

½ cup all-purpose flour

Cheesecake batter:

8 ounces cream cheese (softened)

⅛ cup cannabis-infused butter

1 egg

½ cup sugar

3 tablespoons flour

¾ cup pumpkin

½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice


  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Line a medium sheet cake pan with parchment paper.
  3. Spray the lined pan with non-stick cooking spray. Put it aside for a while.
  4. Use a double boiler to melt cannabis-infused butter.
  5. Transfer the melted cannabis-infused butter into a large mixing bowl.
  6. Add cinnamon, granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, Kosher salt, vanilla extract, eggs, and all-purpose flour.
  7. Use an electric mixer to beat all the ingredients.
  8. Once you get a smooth mixture, put the bowl aside.
  9. Put softened cream cheese into a separate large mixing bowl.
  10. Add cannabis-infused butter, egg, sugar, flour, pumpkin, pure vanilla extract, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.
  11. Use the electric mixer to beat the ingredients.
  12. Once the mixture is smooth, remove the bowl from under the mixer.
  13. Spread ⅔ of all the cocoa and sugar mixture into the greased cake pan.
  14. Spoon the pumpkin and vanilla mixture over the top.
  15. Dollop the remaining cocoa and sugar mixture over the pumpkin and vanilla mixture.
  16. Use a knife to swirl the brownie and cheesecake batter together.
  17. Place the cake pan in the preheated oven.
  18. Bake the cake for about 30 minutes until the center is set.
  19. Remove the cake pan from the oven.
  20. Let the cake cool down completely on a wire rack.
  21. Cut the cake into squares.
  22. Put the cake squares into the refrigerator and let them sit there for about 15 minutes.
  23. Remove the cake squares from the refrigerator and serve.
