1 cup chicken broth

1 tablespoon turmeric

1 28-ounce can diced tomatoes (undrained)

1 28-ounce can Rotel Original diced tomatoes and green chilies (undrained)

3 medium yellow onions

1 entire bunch celery

1 clove garlic

1 gram high-quality marijuana (any strain you like)

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

1 cup water

¾ cup instant white rice

8 cups hot water


  1. Put frozen chicken in a covered dish.
  2. Place the dish in a microwave. A tip here: Set the microwave to high power mode.
  3. Microwave the chicken for about 10 minutes until cooked.
  4. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Put the pieces of chicken into a slow cooker.
  6. Add chicken broth, salt, cumin, turmeric, and both cans of the diced tomatoes.
  7. Chop onions and put them into a medium microwave-safe bowl.
  8. Chop stalks of celery into bite-sized chunks and mince the leaves. Put all of it into the bowl as well.
  9. Mince garlic and put it into the bowl.
  10. Use a grinder to finely grind marijuana.
  11. Put the ground marijuana into the microwave-safe bowl.
  12. Pour olive oil and water into the bowl.
  13. Place the microwave-safe bowl into the microwave.
  14. Microwave the veggie and marijuana mixture for about 5 minutes.
  15. Then, stir the mixture and microwave for 5 more minutes until the celery is soft.
  16. Add the veggie and marijuana mixture, rice, and hot water to the chicken and tomato mixture in the slow cooker.
  17. Stir the mixture.
  18. Cover the slow cooker and let the mix come to a boil.
  19. Once the mixture starts to boil, cook on high mode for 60 minutes.
  20. Then, turn off the slow cooker and serve.
