8 ounces olive oil


6 tomatoes (plum)

8 fresh basil leaves

3 fresh mozzarella balls (medium-sized)

3 cloves garlic

1 shallot

1 small fresh baguette

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Sea salt (to taste)

Pepper (to taste)


  1. Use a grinder to mill marijuana.
  2. Put the ground marijuana into a double boiler.
  3. Add olive oil and turn on medium-low heat. A tip here: Use a spatula to make sure that all the ground marijuana is covered by olive oil.
  4. Cook the mixture for 60 minutes.
  5. Remove the mixture from heat and use a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to strain it into a measuring cup.
  6. Measure off 1 ounce of olive oil and put it aside for a while.
  7. Pour the leftover oil into a sterilized glass bottle. A tip here: Do not forget to secure the cap tightly. Be very careful and make sure that the marijuana has no traces of moisture content left in it.   9. Coarsely chop tomatoes, basil leaves, mozzarella balls, garlic, and shallot.
  10. Put all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl.

  12. Season the mixture with sea salt and pepper to taste.
  13. Toss the mixture until all the ingredients are covered with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  14. Slice a fresh baguette and spread the slices on an ungreased baking pan.
  15. Put the baking pan under your broiler in the oven for 5 minutes or until slightly golden brown and crispy.
  16. Remove the baking pan from the oven.
  17. Spoon the tomato and mozzarella mixture onto the baked pieces of bread while it is still warm.
  18. Serve immediately as an appetizer.
