Coffee grinder

Cookie sheet

Large heavy-bottomed stock pot

2 bowls

Mixing spoons


Cheesecloth or mesh strainer

2 large containers or bowls

Metal coffee filter

Egg whip

Ice-cream maker


1 ounce high-quality weed

1 and ½ cup water

4 cups whole milk

4 cups half and half

8 cups heavy cream

6 cups sugar

10 oz chopped chocolate (bittersweet)

12 eggs

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

½ cup cocoa powder (without sugar)

¾ cup lecithin granules


  1. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees.
  2. Take 1 ounce of weed and crush it into powder with the help of a coffee grinder.
  3. Then, spread the powdered marijuana on a cookie sheet.
  4. Put the cookie sheet into the oven for 8 minutes.
  5. Take a bowl and fill it with 1 and ½ cup of water.
  6. In 8 minutes, remove the cookie sheet from the oven and put the powdered weed into the bowl with water. Soak it for 30 minutes. This process lets marijuana lose its plant taste.
  7. Take a large heavy-bottomed stock pot. Put heavy cream and 2 cups of half and half in it.
  8. Put the pot on the stove and set the heat to medium. A tip here: When the mixture gets thick, lower the heat. Let the mixture simmer and do not forget to stir it occasionally.
  9. Now, take a bowl with marijuana and water. Use a coffee filter to separate the water from the weed.
  10. Then, add the weed to the cream in the stock pot. Stir the mixture.
  11. Simmer the cream and marijuana mixture for 60 minutes.
  12. Then, remove the stock pot from heat.
  13. Take a mesh strainer or cheesecloth to strain the cream mixture.
  14. Put the mixture into the container and keep it in the refrigerator for 120 minutes.
  15. Take another pot to mix milk, sugar, salt, cocoa powder, and lecithin granules.
  16. Stir the mixture well and put the pot on the stove. Turn on medium heat and constantly stir the contents.
  17. Take eggs and separate whites from yolks.
  18. Take a bowl and put the egg yolks in it. Slightly beat them with an egg whip.
  19. Now, take two cups of the milk mixture from the pot on the stove and pour it into the bowl with egg yolks. A tip here: Make sure that the egg yolks do not cook.
  20. Then, pour the egg and milk mixture back into the pot with milk.
  21. Heat this milk mixture until it gets thick. A tip here: Be careful not to boil it.
  22. Take the second container or large bowl and put it in the refrigerator. You need to chill it for future use.
  23. Once the milk mixture thickens, remove the pot from the heat and add chopped chocolate. A tip here: Make sure all chocolate has melted.
  24. Take the chilled bowl and fill it with the milk and chocolate mixture.
  25. Put it in the refrigerator for 120 minutes. A tip here: You should regularly check this mixture and stir it occasionally until it gets cold.
  26. Once the milk and chocolate mixture is cooled down, combine it with vanilla extract and cream mixture that you kept in the fridge.
  27. Take an ice-cream maker and pour this mixture into it. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to make the tastiest chocolate weed ice-cream ever.
