6 oz cannabis butter (room temperature)

½ lb cannabis butter (melted)

1 cup milk

2 and ¼ teaspoons yeast

3 eggs

3 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon salt

4 and ½ cups flour

Chocolate syrup/cream (optional)


  1. Pour a little bit of milk into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add yeast and stir the mixture until the yeast is completely dissolved.
  3. Then, add 2 eggs to the mixture.
  4. Beat the mixture well with a whisk. A tip here: You should create air pockets.
  5. Carefully stir in flour, sugar, and salt. Gradually pour the rest of the milk into the mixture. A tip here: As a result, you should get a smooth dough.
  6. Then, take cannabis butter of room temperature. Cut it into small pieces and knead into the dough.
  7. Put the dough in a bread tin and let it rise. A tip here: The dough will double in size in 60-90 minutes.
  8. Take a kitchen board and flour it.
  9. Once the dough is big enough, remove it from the bread tin and put it on the floured board.
  10. Roll the dough in the form of a long cylinder.
  11. Then, cut the dough into 24 even pieces.
  12. Shape each piece of the dough into a ball.
  13. Take a ring mold pan. Flour and butter it.
  14. Dip each ball of the dough into the melted cannabis butter and place it in the ring mold. A tip here: Place the balls so that there is enough space between them.
  15. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  16. Let the balls sit in the ring mold for 30-40 minutes. A tip here: The balls will rise a little bit more.
  17. Then, take 1 egg and whisk it.
  18. Brush the tops of the balls with the egg.
  19. Put the ring mold in the oven for 25-30 more minutes.
  20. Remove the pan from the oven and cool down the pastry.
  21. Once it has cooled down, you can cover its top with chocolate syrup or cream.
