Recipe: Homemade Weed Pasta With Asparagus

Tips Before You Start

Equipment Needed


Large mixing bowl

Baking pan



1 pound asparagus

1 pound pasta (any type)

1 bunch scallions

½ pint cherry tomatoes

4 strips bacon

1 cup bread cubes

2-3 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons cannabis-infused olive oil

Crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)

Salt (to taste)

Pepper (to taste)


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Trim and cut asparagus into 1-inch pieces and put them into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Cut scallions into pieces. Add them to the asparagus.
  4. Halve cherry tomatoes and put them in the mixing bowl as well.
  5. Cut bacon strips into pieces. Add the pieces to the vegetable mix.
  6. Add bread cubes.
  7. Put the mixture into a baking pan.
  8. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Then, toss the mixture well with regular olive oil.
  10. Put the baking pan into the preheated oven.
  11. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the pieces of asparagus are tender. A tip here: Do not forget to stir the mixture a couple of times. The bread cubes should be golden brown, but the bacon strips should not be over-baked.
  12. When the vegetable and bacon mix is ready, remove the baking pan from the oven and put it aside for a while.
  13. Fill a pot with water and put it on the stove.
  14. When the water starts to boil, put in pasta and cook it in accordance with the directions on the package.
  15. Once the pasta is ready, drain it.
  16. Mix vegetables and pasta.
  17. Add cannabis-infused olive oil and toss the pasta well.
  18. Season it with salt and pepper to taste.
  19. Sprinkle the pasta with red pepper flakes and serve it while it is hot.
