Recipe: Homemade Weed Pepper Soup

Tips Before You Start

The recipe for this weed pepper soup is quick and quite easy. All you need is to buy some ingredients, including cannabis butter and marijuana buds. You can choose any indica, sativa, or hybrid strain, like, for instance, Huckleberry Kush or Guava Kush. If you are ready, let us start!

Equipment Needed


Large pan

Wooden spoon

2 containers




2 bell peppers (1 red and 1 yellow)

1 carrot

1 onion

1 stick celery

3 cloves garlic


Vegetable stock

Olive oil

Vinegar Salt (to taste)

Pepper (to taste)

2 tablespoons cannabis butter

1 gram marijuana buds

Shelled hemp seeds (optional)Greek yogurt (optional)


  1. Take two bell peppers and remove the seeds. Chop the peppers into small pieces and put them into a container. Leave a few pieces for garnish.
  2. Take a carrot and chop it into pieces too.
  3. Take an onion and skin it. Then, chop it into small pieces.
  4. Chop the celery and garlic.
  5. Take a separate container and mix the carrot, onion, celery, and garlic. Make sure the container with this vegetable mixture is at hand.
  6. Take a pan and put it on the stove.
  7. Pour some olive oil into the pan and add the vegetable mixture. Sauté the ingredients for a few minutes.
  8. Then, add 2 tablespoons of cannabis butter and stir the ingredients well with the help of a wooden spoon.
  9. Add the bell peppers and season the ingredients with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Take marijuana buds and chop them. Then, add the chopped marijuana to vegetables in the pan. Stir nicely and sauté all the ingredients for 5-8 more minutes.
  11. Take the remaining parts of bell peppers and slice them as finely as possible.
  12. Do the same with chives.
  13. Take a bowl. Mix chives and bell peppers in it. Season this mixture with some vinegar, salt, and pepper. Put the bowl aside for now.
  14. Add some vegetable stock to the vegetable and marijuana mixture in the pot and season it with salt and pepper once again.
  15. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  16. Then, remove the pan from heat.
  17. Pour the mixture into a blender and puree it.
  18. Once the soup is ready, you can serve it with some Greek yogurt and vegetable garnish.
  19. Sprinkle the soup with some shelled hemp seeds if you want.
