Recipe: Ice Cream With Lemon Weed

What can be better than eating ice cream on a hot sunny day? Of course, eating ice cream infused with your favorite strain of weed. Just imagine that you will be both high on sugar and on cannabis. Doesn't it sound good?

Today, we present to you two great recipes of marijuana edibles. Both recipes will work with most strains of cannabis, but you will achieve the best results using some lemon OG or any Kush strain.

Fruit Cannabis Popsicles

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cannabis milk
  • 1 cup fruit puree
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup fruit
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • vanilla extract

Ingredients for cannabis milk

  • 1 gallon milk
  • 1 ounce cannabis

Equipment

  • popsicle molds
  • large bowl
  • sticks
  • saucepan (for cannabis milk)
  • cheesecloth (for cannabis milk)

If you already have cannabis milk in your fridge, then you can skip the first few steps and start preparing your tummy for yummy. If you do not have it, follow our instructions, and you will see for yourself that making your own home-made cannabis milk is not difficult at all.

  1. First of all, you need to heat the milk to a medium temperature. But remember: do not let it boil. Watch it carefully as milk is a tricky liquid.
  2. Add cannabis to the hot milk, stir, and leave it to simmer for an hour.
  3. Secure the cheesecloth over a container in which you will store your milk. Pour the milk through it to get rid of cannabis curds. Let it cool for a while.

Now your home-made cannabis milk is ready, and we can start making our delicious popsicles.

  1. Take a large bowl and combine milk, fruit puree, sugar, yogurt, and vanilla. You may use whichever puree you like, but we would recommend choosing a one that is creamy and made from sour-sweet fruit. Add diced fruit to the mixture.
  2. Put the mixture into the popsicle molds and insert long sticks. This way, you will be able to hold the popsicle in your hand.
  3. Put the molds in a freezer for at least four hours. To take them out later, just put them under hot water for a couple of seconds and enjoy your icy dose of cannabis.

Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 15 ounces bananas
  • ¼ stick of butter
  • 10 grams marijuana
  • 5 tablespoons honey
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 18 ounces cream
  • 3 tablespoons rum
  • salt

Equipment:

  • 2 saucepans
  • blender
  1. Heat the cream in a saucepan until the content boils. Then add marijuana to the hot cream. Make sure that the herbs are finely ground. Use the Super Lemon OG strain if you want to add citrus notes to your ice cream.
  2. Take the second saucepan and add butter, salt, and sugar. Melt them using a medium temperature setting.
  3. Put the creamy mixture into the second saucepan with butter. Take a blender and whisk the mixture carefully.
  4. Take the bananas and mash them in a bowl. You should mash them thoroughly to get a banana puree. Then add to the bowl your mixture of cream and butter, honey, and rum. Whisk the mixture until it is creamy and smooth.
  1. Put the mixture into another bowl, preferably a plastic one. Cover it with a food wrap and put in a freezer. After three hours, the mixture will have the consistency of ice cream. Now, you can choose a movie to watch while eating this wonderful cannabis ice cream.
